Time and attendance software is an employee time and attendance tracking software. The system performs a variety of every-day functions, including:

Work Schedules

The main purpose of the system is to record the attendance of employees of an organization and based on rules that are set in the system produce reports that will give the necessary information for the attendance for use of payroll and other HR related use.

Reorganise

The row data are processed (Reorganized) using the rules provided and the calculated results are saved and used to produce reports and send to the payroll system for payment calculation.

Leaves & Requests

From the system a user can too request a day off from their annual leave, and a manager or supervisor can accept or decline the request.

TIME & ATTENDANCE MOBILE APPLICATION


LogiTime mobile application is an optional module of our LogiTime Time &
Attendance system.
It is ideal for people working outdoors that need to record their time.
Has two modes of operation:
Self-service – each employee recording their time by themselves using a personal device
Group supervisor – the team leader recording the time of the members of the group.
A simple screen allows the user to select the project is working on.
Multiple entries are allowed per employee per day to slip the time/cost of people
working on more than one project at the same time.
It is designed to work from both mobile devices (smartphones & tablets) and any browser.
The application is currently is available on Android devices only, although it can be used
with any OS using a browser provided that internet access is available.
Soon application for iOS devices will be available.
The system is fully integrated to our LogiTime Time & Attendance system.
Fixed terminals for office personnel can be used in combination with mobile users.
To comply with GDPR regulations valid locations are stored and compared to the GPS
location of the user.
