The system can print tickets as items are sold ( more convenient for Bars ) or can keep the bills by table and print all at customer departure.
Regular customers can be given credit facilities.
Accurate stocks control. Although menu items can be in portions, or one menu item can consist of more than one stock item the system will update the stocks accurately.
A second printer can be connected for printing of orders directly in the kitchen for items that need to be prepared.
II. Retail Shops
Extensive Search facilities. Items can be found by item code, item description or by category/sub-category.
Regular clients purchases recorded. Mailing list automatically generated according to user requirements.
Cheques / Credit Card sales recorded and reported at any time.
Returns / discounts can be entered in the system only by authorised personnel.
Reports by operators, time zone, items, categories and many more.
Separate stocks keeping for warehouse and shop floor.
Optional Stocks keeping(Quantities,Selling/Cost Prices) by Size and/or Colour.

III. Supermarkets
The System is designed to work with Scanners ( both hand held and flat bed scanners are available ) and the main objective is to allow fast processing at the tills.
A voucher is automatically printed for items not available inside the shop (i.e. gas cylinders, soft drink crates etc.) with instructions to the warehouse to deliver to the customer.
Heavy items, very fast moving items or items not available inside the shop can be entered through the special keyboard with the touch of one key.
Bar Code Printing. Items that do not have a Bar Code are allocated a Bar Code for use internally by the shop. The codes allocated are generated automatically by the system and are according to the international standards.
